Preamble

We, the covenant family of Jesus24365 Ministry, join together under the Lordship of Jesus Christ to glorify God in worship, word, and works. We exist to proclaim the Good News, ignite revival in Milwaukee, and multiply Kingdom impact throughout the nations.

Our anthem resounds: “Jesus Changes Everything. Every Moment, Every Day!”

 

Article I. Name and Affiliation

1. The name of this body shall be Jesus24365 Ministry, a nonprofit corporation under Wisconsin law.

2. Jesus24365 is accountable first to Christ as Head of the Church, and second through the Vision Steward, Board of Elders, and governing covenantal documents.

3. All sub-ministries (GHSB, MGS-FNL@SM, Flavors of Faith, Stillness + Strength) function under this covering.

 

Article II. Mission & Purpose

1. Mission Statement: To glorify God and spread the message of Jesus Christ in all aspects of life — lifting up every moment, every day, as an offering of worship and witness.

2. Purpose:

   • To disciple believers through worship, Scripture, and prayer.

   • To renew Milwaukee through gospel witness, housing transformation, and safe blocks.

   • To multiply digital and in-person discipleship that advances Kingdom revival worldwide.

   • To raise up Godly Leaders who walk in faith, grit, and grace.

 

Article III. Core Values

1. Scripture as Foundation — God’s Word is our anchor.

2. Christ-Centered Perspective — Jesus is the focus, not self.

3. Holy Spirit Guidance — Every initiative begins in prayer.

4. Kingdom Impact — We build disciples, not platforms.

5. Transformation through Grace — Lives restored by Christ’s mercy.

6. Unity as Culture — No gossip, no division; one Body, many gifts.

7. Excellence in Everything — Giving God our very best.

8. Every Soul Matters — Every neighbor is seen and loved.

9. Revival, Not Religion — Worship as witness.

10. Kingdom > Comfort — Sacrifice and service above self.

 

Article IV. Leadership & Governance

1. Vision Steward: Oversees alignment with Jesus24365’s MTP.

2. Board of Elders: Up to 7 spiritual leaders providing counsel, prayer, and accountability.

3. Directors of Sub-Ministries: Leaders of GHSB, MGS, Flavors of Faith, and Devotional Projects.

4. Project Leads: Guide specific initiatives (digital media, BTC treasury, outreach).

5. Members & Interns: Disciples committed to covenant rhythms, serving in unity.

6. Decision-Making: Prayerful, collaborative, accountable to Christ’s Lordship.

 

Article V. Membership

1. Membership open to all who:

   • Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

   • Complete the Pre-Values Discernment Quiz (≥9/10).

   • Sign the Jesus24365 Covenant of Faith.

   • Actively participate in ministry rhythms.

2. Membership renewed annually through prayer and covenant recommitment.

 

Article VI. Spiritual Covenant & Practices

Every member commits to:

• Abide daily in Christ (John 15:4).

• Prepare spiritually before leading practically.

• Pursue Spirit-led excellence.

• Keep Sabbath rhythms of rest and renewal.

• Live prayer, fasting, and Scripture devotion as lifestyle.

• Affirm: “This is not a gig — this is a holy assignment.”

 

Article VII. Objectives & KPIs

• Discipleship: 20,000 baptisms in 3 years.

• Attendance: 400 weekly worshippers, 1,000,000+ monthly livestream reach.

• Treasury: Secure 200 Bitcoin as Kingdom resource.

• Impact: Build 400 Godly Homes over 35 years through GHSB.

• Content: Weekly testimonies, devotionals, and worship media output.

 

Article VIII. Revival Map (3-Year Plan)

• Year 1: Foundation & Fire — Secure treasury, launch core ministries, establish rhythms.

• Year 2: Lift & Launch — Expand livestream, publish devotionals, host citywide worship nights.

• Year 3: Multiply & Move — Global tours, new housing construction, national productions.

Declaration: “This is not rehearsal. This is revival.”

 

Article IX. The No-Drama Clause (Matthew 18)

• Gossip and division rejected.

• Conflicts resolved biblically through Matthew 18:15–17.

• Culture: No competition, only co-creation for Christ’s glory.

 

Article X. Projects & Processes

• Revival Projects → S.C.A.L.E. Framework.

• Systems → P.A.C.E. Framework.

• Processes: Worship nights, livestreams, discipleship, treasury stewardship, prayer.

 

Article XI. Internships & Leadership Development

• Internships designed to disciple Young Gospel Leaders.

• Evaluation: Deliverables, Growth, Obedience, Communication, Kingdom Impact.

• Internships = leadership through serving Christ daily.

 

Article XII. Partnerships & Community

• Collaborations with churches, universities, schools, and organizations.

• Professors and leaders as recruiters, mentors, and supporters.

 

Article XIII. Rhythms of Ministry

• Weekly: Prayer, worship, outreach, livestream.

• Monthly: Vision + covenant review.

• Quarterly: Revival projects + sprints.

• Annually: Milwaukee Praise Week, Revival Retreat, Christmas Outreach.

 

Article XIV. Safeguarding & Integrity

• Safe, Christ-centered spaces.

• Protect youth, poor, and vulnerable.

• Integrity in financial, relational, and ministerial conduct.

 

Article XV. Accountability & Transparency

• Quarterly BTC reports.

• KPI progress shared openly.

• Leadership accountable to Christ, Vision Steward, and Board.

 

Article XVI. Amendments

• Proposed by Board or Directors.

• Requires 2/3 approval + Vision Steward confirmation.

 

Article XVII. Dissolution

In dissolution, all assets transferred to Jesus24365 Ministry to continue proclaiming the Gospel.

 

Closing Declaration

We affirm these bylaws not as restrictions but as revival rhythms. We exist not for applause but for the glory of Christ.
