Building Community Through Grace - 7 Days Until Launch
Founder’s Reflections #1:
Sunday, November 3, 2024 | Jesus24365 Ministry
Good Morning, dear friends in Christ,
Today marks the beginning of Week 9 in my 12-week journey to launch Jesus24365.org on November 10, 2024! With only 58 hours of focused work time remaining, I’m feeling both the excitement and the challenge of these final steps. The Holy Spirit is guiding me daily, and Jesus remains my closest companion as I prepare to launch this ministry.
Each morning, I start my day with a Mode Ani prayer as soon as I wake, thanking God for the gift of another day. As the coffee begins to drip, I move into a deeper prayer, lifting up every part of Jesus24365 Ministry to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I ask for wisdom, guidance, and protection, and I am continually reminded to live each day by WWJD—What Would Jesus Do? This grounding practice keeps my focus clear, knowing that the purpose of this ministry is to bring glory to God and reach those who need His grace.
Morning Renewal in His Presence ☀️
After my prayers, I spend time with God in His Word, starting each day with the book of Proverbs. Today, Proverbs 3 offered words that resonated deeply, especially in the journey of addiction recovery I share with a close friend. The verses reminded me of the strength we gain when we choose to trust God’s wisdom over our own understanding. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart… He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6).
This theme of trust is at the heart of today’s reflections. Each time we lean on God instead of relying solely on ourselves, we allow His grace to fill the gaps and guide us with clarity. For anyone struggling to surrender control, remember that God’s wisdom far exceeds our limited view. Let these verses encourage you to place your trust in His plan, especially when your own strength feels insufficient.
Building Community Through Grace 🌍
Starting November 10, I’ll be sharing messages across multiple platforms: X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Rumble, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I am so eager to spread God’s message and lay the foundation for “Glimpses of Grace”—a comic series launching December 1. This series introduces seven characters, each uniquely touched by God’s grace in their daily lives. My hope is that readers will find reflections of themselves, friends, or loved ones in these characters and be reminded of God’s presence in their own stories.
In this season of preparation, I am grateful for every bit of encouragement from friends, family, and supporters like you. Just as God has shaped me through years of learning and growing in faith, I believe these characters’ stories will resonate with those seeking God’s grace. Each day brings me closer to launching this mission to spread His love and compassion to a broader audience.
Deep Work with Gratitude 💪
After my Bible study, I enter “deep work” mode, dedicating my focus to tasks that will bring this ministry to life. Today, that included finalizing sections for the website and organizing content for the social media launch. I strive to stay rooted in my mission throughout the day, allowing God’s purpose to guide each step.
Before ending the day, I make a list of ten things I’m grateful for—a practice that keeps my heart centered in His goodness. Tonight, I’ll unwind with a friend over some Middle Eastern food and watch the Packers game. It’s a blessing to pause in gratitude for this journey and the support I have along the way.
Looking Forward to God’s Work Ahead 🚀
With just one week left before the Jesus24365 launch, I invite you to walk this journey of faith with me. Please sign up on Jesus24365.org for updates, and be ready to meet the characters of Glimpses of Grace on December 1. My prayer is that their stories will offer you a reminder of God’s grace, just as this journey has reminded me.
Thank you for your prayers, support, and encouragement. I am excited to see what God has planned for Jesus24365 Ministry, trusting that He will use it for His Kingdom.
