Anchored in Hope and Wisdom - 2 Days Until Launch

Founder’s Reflections #6:

Friday, November 8, 2024 | Jesus24365 Ministry

Good Morning, dear friends in Christ,

Thank you for joining me this Friday as we grow closer to the official launch of Jesus24365 Ministry—just two days away! I am deeply grateful for each of you walking this journey with me, as together we are learning to lean on God’s wisdom, strength, and unchanging love, stepping faithfully forward in His purpose. Today’s reflections, drawn from Proverbs 8 and Psalm 43, guide us into the heart of God’s wisdom, offering us resilience and grounding us in the truth of His Word. As we prepare for the launch, I invite you to join me in asking, WWJD—What Would Jesus Do? May today’s reflection bring encouragement to your soul and strengthen you in faith as we seek to live fully for Him.

Lord, fill us with Your wisdom and peace. Let Your Word be our light, Your love be our strength, and Your truth be the foundation of our faith. Amen.

1. Anchored in God’s Unchanging Hope 🌅

In Psalm 43:5, David repeats his heartfelt plea from Psalm 42: “Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.” This repetition speaks to the reality that faith is a journey where hope must be renewed day by day. David’s words remind us to continually anchor ourselves in the steady hope that God offers, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

In my own journey to launch Jesus24365 Ministry, there have been times when the weight of this calling felt almost too heavy to bear. But I find reassurance in C.S. Lewis’s words: “God, who foresaw your tribulation, has specially armed you to go through it, not without pain but without stain.” Lewis’s wisdom reminds me that God equips us for the challenges He calls us to face, not by removing the hardship but by preparing us to rise above it. Today, I invite you to stand with me, grounded in this hope. May God’s steadfast love be the unshakable foundation upon which we rest and find peace.

2. Walking in the Wisdom of Proverbs 8 💡

Proverbs 8 offers an invitation to embrace God’s wisdom, particularly in verses 12, 33, and 34. Verse 12 reminds us, “I, wisdom, dwell together with prudence; I possess knowledge and discretion.” True wisdom isn’t just about knowing—it’s about discerning when and how to act. It calls us to a life of intention, using God’s guidance to shape our choices with patience and faith.

Verses 33 and 34 of Proverbs 8 emphasize the importance of listening and waiting: “Listen to my instruction and be wise; do not disregard it. Blessed are those who listen to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.” As I approach the launch, I am learning that wisdom sometimes requires waiting on God’s timing and letting His direction be my compass. Wisdom asks us to pause, to seek God, and to let His understanding lead the way. Proverbs 8 is an invitation to trust, to be patient, and to pursue His truth over all else.

Reflection and Shareable: In what areas of life do you feel called to seek God’s wisdom today? Let’s lift each other up in prayer as we pursue His wisdom together.

3. Persevering in God’s Strength 💪

David’s repeated plea in Psalm 43 challenges us to keep placing our hope in God, especially in moments of weariness. This call to persevere in faith is something I feel deeply during this season of preparation, as each day brings new challenges and moments of doubt. C.S. Lewis beautifully captures this truth: “Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.” His words remind me that each struggle is refining us, preparing us to step into God’s purpose with greater strength and faith.

As I prepare for Jesus24365’s launch, I am reminded that my perseverance isn’t based on my strength but on God’s. When I feel weak, I turn to the Rock of Ages, finding that He is my fortress and my guide. If you’re facing trials today, know that God’s strength is available to you. Lean on Him, for He walks with you, lifting you up when your own strength falls short.

Reflection and Shareable: What hardships are preparing you for an extraordinary destiny in Christ? Let’s share and lift each other up in God’s strength.

4. Embracing Jesus as Our Greatest Treasure ✝️

As I reflect today, I am filled with gratitude for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, who loves us beyond measure and gave His life so that we might live fully and freely. Proverbs and Psalms guide us toward wisdom, hope, and strength, yet Jesus is the ultimate fulfillment of these promises—He is our treasure, our joy, and our peace. In these final days before the launch, I am humbled by the privilege of sharing Jesus’ love with others, of letting His light shine through each part of this ministry.

C.S. Lewis once said, “Look for Christ and you will find Him. And with Him, everything else thrown in.” This truth is the heart of our faith—when we seek Jesus, we find everything we truly need. Today, may you rest in the knowledge that you are loved, redeemed, and cherished by the One who gave everything for you. Embrace Jesus as your greatest treasure, letting His love be your anchor and His peace fill your heart.

Reflection and Shareable: How does embracing Jesus as your treasure bring you peace and purpose? Let’s celebrate His love together.

Closing Reflection and Call to Action

As we journey together toward the launch of Jesus24365 Ministry, I am deeply grateful for each of you who joins in this journey of faith. Take a moment to reflect on how God is working in your life, providing wisdom, strength, and hope. Are there areas where you need to rely on Him more fully? Stand firm in His promises, knowing that He is faithful, wise, and ever-present.

Will you join me in trusting God with our unknowns and embracing His love as our greatest treasure?

For His Kingdom,

Jeff ❤️
