Founder’s Reflections #25: Living Out Grace Through The Great Commission
Jesus24365 Weekly #18
Jesus24365 Ministry | Friday, January 10, 2025

Dear Beloved Jesus24365 Ministry Family,
What does grace look like in your life today? Is it a quiet whisper of forgiveness, or a bold call to action that transforms the lives around you?
Grace. It is more than a word; it is the essence of God’s love poured out for us—a gift so profound that it changes everything. As we reflect on Matthew 28:19 this week, we are reminded that grace is not meant to be kept to ourselves. It equips and calls us to action: to go, to baptize, to make disciples of all nations. This is our sacred mission, and grace is our guide.
Have you ever marveled at how grace meets us where we are? In moments of failure, it restores. In seasons of uncertainty, it strengthens. Grace transforms our lives and, through us, reaches others. Today, we’ll explore how this incredible gift empowers us to fulfill the Great Commission, carrying the light of Christ into every corner of the world.
Let’s embrace this truth: we are both recipients and messengers of grace. Prepare to be inspired, challenged, and encouraged to live out God’s call with boldness and joy.
The Key Verse:
Matthew 28:19"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Weekly Reflection:
Grace in Action Through the Great Commission
1. Embrace Grace as Your Foundation
The journey to making disciples begins with receiving God’s grace ourselves.
Ephesians 2:8 reminds us: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."
Grace humbles us, reminding us that we are wholly reliant on God. When we rest in this truth, we are empowered to invite others into the same transformative relationship.

2. Empowered by Grace to Go
Grace redefines our purpose and emboldens our mission.
1 John 3:1 declares: "See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are."
Knowing we are beloved children of God gives us confidence to step boldly into the mission of making disciples. Grace reminds us that our worth is rooted in Christ, not in our performance.
3. Reflect Grace in Relationships
Disciple-making starts with how we treat others.
Ephesians 4:32 exhorts: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you."
By extending forgiveness, compassion, and love, we mirror the grace of God to those around us. These acts of grace create opportunities for authentic conversations about faith.

4. Lean Into Grace During Challenges
Living out the Great Commission is not without trials.
2 Corinthians 12:9 assures us: "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."
In moments of doubt or difficulty, grace strengthens us to persevere. Turn to God’s Word, lean on prayer, and seek encouragement from fellow believers as you press forward in His mission.
5. Live Out Gratitude in Your Calling
Grace compels us to live with thankful hearts.
Psalm 103:2 calls us to: "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits."
A spirit of gratitude deepens our relationship with God and draws others to Him. When people see joy and thankfulness in us, they are drawn to the source of our hope.
6. Share the Gift of Grace
Finally, grace moves us to action.
Mark 16:15 challenges us: "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation."
Sharing your testimony, acts of kindness, and the Gospel message invites others to experience the grace that transforms lives. Together, as we go, baptize, and teach, we fulfill Jesus’ call to expand His Kingdom.
