The class grew quiet. Dr. Zachary set the chalk down, looking at the glowing cross he had drawn in the middle of the formula.

"Numbers alone can’t define the infinite," he finally said. "But they can point to the One who does."

That moment changed something in Aaron. But more than that, it reminded Dr. Zachary why he had stopped fighting the truth—because every number, every equation, every perfect ratio whispered of a Designer.

Before Dr. Zachary’s faith journey began, he was certain about everything—except God.

One late night in his office, surrounded by books on quantum physics and philosophy, he scrawled notes furiously, trying to make sense of it all.

"Faith is irrational," he muttered under his breath.

But then his eyes fell on the small Bible a colleague had left on his desk weeks ago. Frustrated but curious, he flipped it open.

The words of Isaiah 55:8-9 stopped him cold: "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts."

"Dr. Z, I heard you used to be an atheist. But now you believe in God? How? Doesn’t that go against everything you taught us about logic?"

Dr. Zachary smiled. He saw himself in Miguel—the skepticism, the searching.

He grabbed a blank sheet of paper and drew an infinite series, a mathematical concept where numbers continue forever without reaching a final value.

"Miguel, in math, we accept infinity as real, even though we can never reach it. Why?"
